The pedicure chairs at May Art Nails & Spa sit at the back of the salon at 5361 N State Rd 7 in Tamarac, inside the Commercial Plaza on State Road 7 (US 441). You park out front, walk in, and sit in one of the turquoise spa chairs. A soak, then shape, cuticles, a massage and polish. Coffee or tea with crackers arrives as you sit, the same way it does at the manicure tables.

Four pedicures are on the Booksy calendar, with the times and prices listed as they are booked. May (Mayerling) has 21 years of nail art. The team works in English and Spanish. The salon is 4.7 stars from 71 Google reviews.

The classic pedicure is $45 and 45 minutes: soak, shape, cuticles, massage and regular polish, plus the conversation that comes with it. That is the starting point if you want a clean regular-polish finish and you are not asking for gel.

The gel pedicure is $50 and also 45 minutes. Same work as the classic, finished with long-wear gel instead of regular polish. It is the most booked pedicure at May Art. If you live in Tamarac and spend most of the year in open shoes, gel is the one that holds color between visits.

The deluxe pedicure is $75 and one hour. It adds exfoliation, hydration and a longer massage. Book this when you want the extra skin work already built in, not as a last-minute extra at the chair.

The deep pedicure is $70 and 1 hour 20 minutes. Extra time for thick nails, calluses and feet that need more care. It runs longer than deluxe because those minutes go into the nails and hard skin, not into extras. If your last few pedicures felt rushed on calluses, this is the slot to book.

Three add-ons sit next to the four pedicures. Ingrown nail care is $15 and 25 minutes, a gentle treatment of an ingrown toenail. Exfoliation and hydration is $15 and 10 minutes if you want the scrub without booking deluxe. Paraffin is $17 and 10 minutes: a warm paraffin dip for soft skin. Add them on Booksy when you pick the main service.

Book any of them on Booksy. Choose the service, the technician and the time. You get a confirmation and reminders by text. Changes are allowed up to 1 hour before your visit. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee under Booksy's cancellation policy. Appointments are recommended, especially Friday and Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free.
