May Art Nails & Spa sculpts acrylic full sets at 5361 N State Rd 7 in Tamarac, inside the Commercial Plaza on State Road 7 (US 441). A full set is $65 and takes about 1 hour 30. May looks at your hands first, then builds the shape and length you ask for: square, almond, coffin or stiletto. Parking is free in front of the salon. Acrylic is the classic liquid-and-powder extension. It is the hard set: it holds a sharp shape and stands up to daily wear. A gel manicure ($40, 45 min) is color on your natural nail. Rubber base ($55, 50 min) adds strength to nails that peel or bend, still on the natural nail. Polygel ($70, 1 h 30) is a lighter, more flexible extension. Acrylic is $65 for 1 hour 30. Refills, art, repairs and removal
After the first set, keep the 2 to 3 week refill rhythm. Your natural nail grows under the product, so a refill fills the gap at the cuticle and reshapes the tips. Two weeks is $60 and about 55 minutes. Three weeks is $70 and closer to 1 hour 30. Four weeks or more is $75. Waiting does not make the next visit cheaper. One broken or lifted nail is a $7 repair (about 5 minutes). Extra length as an add-on is $15. Nail art, stickers, stones and French start at $15. A design on one accent nail is also $15.
When you are done with extensions, book acrylic removal: $17 and 30 minutes, a soak-off that protects the natural nail. Do not peel the set off at home.

Hours follow the Booksy calendar (Eastern time): Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM, Monday 3 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursday through Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM.
